Photo Shirts

Our most popular item is our photo transfers we can take any photo you provide us with and transfer the picture, in full color onto the front or back of a T-Shirt, Sweat Shirt or any other garment that can withstand the heat and pressure needed for the transfer process. Photo Shirts are affordable and highly customizable.  Lettering can be added to the picture and sometimes other pictures.  We can combine pictures on one transfer to make a collage or we can put separate pictures in different locations. Transfers are usually 8.5" x 11" in size but we can produce larger ones for an added fee.  We've made transfers for Birthdays, Picnics, Family Reunions, and other events that people would like to commemorate.  We have special price breaks for bulk orders.  For quickest turnaround time we would recommend that you supply your own shirts, but if you can't get your own shirts we can get shirts for you.  If we supply the shirts your order may take a little longer to complete because we have to get the shirts.  Prices for transfers are listed below, please note we can not quote you a price on getting the shirts unless we have the color, sizes, types, and quantity of shirts needed.  Quotes for shirts are only good for the one week after the day of the quote because the price changes rapidly.  We supply two types of  transfers, Regular for white and light color shirts and Opaque for dark colored shirts. Prices

Prices listed above are if you supply your own shirts and does not include lettering or cutting around the transfer.  The transfer is applied as a whole if you want something cut out we will charge an additional fee per item.  We can include one line of text on the transfer at no additional cost but for additional lines of text there will be a charge of $1.00 per line.

Regular vs. Opaque

What's the difference?

Did you see the two shirts at the top of the page the difference is more then just the color of the shirts.  In order to understand how a Transfer works lets talk about the method used to print a regular transfer.  Transfers are usually printed with an Ink Jet printer, when you view a printed document from an Ink Jet printer the print usually looks solid, that's because the paper it's printed on is usually white.  But if you take that same document and print it on a different color paper lets say red the colors change slightly.  That's because Ink Jet ink isn't solid it's translucent meaning you can see through it sort of  like looking through colored glass.  Now to the transfer sheet itself it's made up of a special backing paper coated with an ink receptive film layer on the print side. The film layer is clear so when you press it onto your white shirt only the part with the ink is visible. If you were to press this same transfer on a black shirt you won't see the picture because the black color of the shirt is showing through the ink. To address this problem there's a special transfer for dark shirts the surface of the the transfer is actually white and it's also opaque so the color of the shirt doesn't bleed through.  The down fall to this is the tell-tale white border around the outer edge of the picture.
